Our shop is on Crews Road in Matthews. When you call, you get somebody who knows the neighborhoods, the builders, and what the wind does to a roof out here.

If a repair will do the job, we say so. A lot of the roofs we climb have years left in them, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a roof.

Before You Book
Is the inspection really free?
Yes, and there is no trip charge. We make our money on the roofs that actually need work, so there is nothing to gain by talking you into one that does not.
How soon can you come out?
Next day, guaranteed. Book today and we are on your roof tomorrow. After a big storm we run extended hours to keep that promise.
Do you handle insurance claims?
We do. We document the damage with photos before the adjuster comes out, file supplements when the first estimate is short, and help you recover your depreciation. We will never offer to cover your deductible. In North Carolina that is illegal and the homeowner gets charged alongside the contractor.
What warranty comes with the work?
Two separate ones. Our own workmanship is covered for 5 years. On top of that, as an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, we can register a 50-year non-prorated manufacturer warranty on the materials. Both go in writing on your estimate.
What shingles do you install?
GAF, Owens Corning, Atlas and CertainTeed, depending on what fits your home and budget. Our manufacturer credentials are what let us back the materials for 50 years instead of the standard coverage anyone can offer.
Can I finance a new roof?
Yes, with nothing down and rates as low as 7%. Payments start around $95/mo. Payment and rate examples are estimates and depend on credit approval, loan term, and project size. Not everyone will qualify.
Do I have to be home?
It helps, because we would rather walk you through the photos in person. If you cannot be there we will send the report and call you to go through it.
